We strive to have your order on its way to you within 3 business days of your order being placed. This means that you can typically expect to receive your order within 7 business days of placing your order.

Holidays, high order volumes, and any issues with carriers may delay delivery times.

Carriers & Permitted Shipping Locations

OHC Skincare primarily utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS) for standard shipping. On occasion, we may use United Parcel Service (UPS).

We are able to send deliveries anywhere that our carriers provide services to. This means that deliveries to PO Boxes are permitted via the USPS.

Shipping is currently only available within the United States and for APO/FPO military addresses, not for international addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your OHC Skincare product, you can return the unused portion in an opened bottle for a full refund. Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the product and include the packing list for the order or your original receipt to be eligible for a refund.

Shipping costs for any returned products are to be paid by the customer.

Limitations:

1. If multiple bottles of the same product were purchased and you would like to return them all, a full refund will only be given if all units except for 1 are unopened with intact safety seals.
