  • Are your products gluten-free?
    Yes, all of our products are currently gluten-free.
  • Are your products vegan?
    Our lip balms do contain beeswax, but every other product is formulated without any animal-derived products.
  • Do your products contain any known allergens?
    None of our products are formulated with any known allergens. We also opt to use seed oils instead of tree-nut oils when applicable. Our products are made in a facility that also contains walnut shells.
  • Do you test on animals?
    None of our products have ever been tested on animals.
  • How do I use your products?
    Each product has an "ABOUT" tab with information about the product and a "HOW TO USE" tab with information on how to use the product on its product description page. Please refer to individual product pages for information on how to use each individual product. In the future you may also want to reference our blog posts, where we plan to highlight each product in depth, and how to fit them into your skincare routine.
  • Are your products safe to use on children/infants?
    We have not evaluated any of our products for use on children/infants. If you are seeking specific medical guidance, we ask that you contact your medical provider to determine if the use of our products is appropriate.
  • Are your products safe to use as a pregnant individual?
    We have not evaluated any of our products for use on pregnant individuals. If you are seeking specific medical guidance, we ask that you contact your medical provider to determine if the use of our products is appropriate.
  • What should I do if a product is ingested?
    Please contact your medical provider to determine if further action needs to be taken. If you believe it is an emergency, contact 911.
  • I've placed my order, when can I expect to receive it?
    Many variables can impact delivery times. Distance from our Iowa facility, excessive sales volume, carrier delays, federal holidays, etc. are just a few. With that in mind, we aim to have your order on its way to you within 3 business days of your order being placed, and you can typically expect to receive your order within 7 business days of placing it. To avoid weekend shipping delays, we recommend placing your order either on a Monday or over the weekend.
  • Can I track my order?
    Yes, you will receive tracking information via email when your order ships.
  • Is expedited shipping available?
    We do not currently offer expedited shipping.
  • Can you ship to a PO Box?
    Yes, USPS will deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Can you ship to a military base?
    Yes, we are able to ship product within the United States and to APO/FPO military addresses.
  • Can you ship internationally (outside of the USA)?
    We do not currently offer shipping outside of the United States and APO/FPO military addresses.
  • I'm not happy with my order, can I return it for a refund?
